Physics Cup problem 2 (or 7 for WoPhO Selection Round) will be available for download at 14:00 GMT + 0, April 7th, 2013.

There seems to be a lot of confusion among participants regarding deadlines for WoPhO Selection round.  This year we have 2 types of problems in selection round so there are two types of deadlines:

1. For problem 1 to 5, today April 3rd, 2013 is the deadline for full submission.  The last chance to upload you solutions is 23:59 GMT+0 April 3rd, 2013.  After that every late month will be penalized by 10%.  We will post demarcation for every increase in penalty (or every month).

2. For problem 6, April 7th, 2013 14:00 GMT+0 is the deadline.  After that problem 7 will be uploaded and no submission of problem 6 solution will be accepted.

There's a newer version (v5) of problem 6 posted.  This version includes more hints to solve the problem.  Students with correct answers are welcome to submit another solution (your final bonus will be whatever is larger: the original speed bonus, or the new best-solution-bonus combined possibly with the new speed bonus according to the arrival time of the revised solution).  Please note this is the final version of this problem.  After April 7th, 14:00 GMT+0 no submission of solution to problem 6 will be accepted since Problem 7 will have been posted.
